回應格式

GPT 5.4 大模型會返回 OpenAI 相容的 completion 回應。stream: true 時回應為 Server-Sent Events；stream: false 時回應為單一 JSON 物件。

最佳實務

1. 保持訊息結構化： 使用 messages[] 表示對話歷史，而不是把上下文壓平成一個 prompt。
2. 將檔案和圖像附加到訊息： 將 image_url 和 file 部分放在引入它們的訊息中。
3. 使用 SSE 解析： 使用 choices[0].delta.content 進行增量顯示，使用 data: [DONE] 取得最終內容。
4. 僅傳送支援的輸入： 將文字、圖像和檔案部分與所選模型版本匹配。
5. 在本機保存請求狀態： Chunks include a completion id, but clients should still route chunks through the active request state.
